Are you ready to share your unique ideas and see them come to life? Stand a chance to earn R&R certificates by sharing ideas that can be implemented in your and other organisational operations.
    Here are the three categories for awards.
- Â Best idea of the month: Shining Star
- Â Employee that submits highest number of ideas: Flash of BrillianceÂ
- Â Employee whose most number of ideas got implemented: Wizard of Excellence
    Department heads and founders will shortlist ideas and finalise the winner in three rounds.
    Six winners will be announced every quarter, 3 from sales and 3 from support and operations teams.Â

Participation in INNOV8 is open to all employees of Imarticus Learning.

Ideas that are selected for implementation will become the property of Imarticus Learning.

Certificates will be given to the participant(s) whose idea(s) are selected and implemented.

Imarticus Learning reserves the right to terminate or modify the INNOV8 program at any time without notice.

Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of Imarticus Learning executives and the decision of the panel will be final.

By participating in INNOV8, participants agree to allow Imarticus Learning to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

By submitting an idea, the participant confirms that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
